On the subject of sales compensation. Our friends over at Time to Hire compiled an extensive list of real comp plans from real employers which they have surveyed over several years.
The comp plans are organized by industry or position type.
Note that plans vary widely even within industries demonstrating that with sales compensation there is much room for creativity.
